Refund policy

All products sold by UrLabz are digital products delivered electronically. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, all purchases are generally non-refundable.

However, if you experience a genuine issue such as:

• You cannot access your purchased files

• The download link is not working

• Files are missing or corrupted

• You receive a product different from what you purchased

Please contact us at urlabz.store@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, corrected files, or another suitable resolution.

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us and we will review the situation.
